Diversify Your Income

One of the most important things you must learn with your website is that you have to diversify your income.

Let's say 90% of your website profit come mostly from Google Adsense and your account got suspended.You would lose 90% of your online revenue, then what would you do? Can you recover your losses immediately? For most individuals, they would not.

Therefore if you have a website, vary your earnings by not only utilizing Pay Per Click sponsors, but also use a Direct Leads sponsor, a cost per acquisition sponsor, or affiliate marketing.

CPA means "Cost Per Action" and is one of the simplest, fastest methods for a beginner to start making money in the internet! In order for one to produce money, this style of affiliate marketing requires the consumers to complete specific actions that the advertisers would want them to do.

So how does CPA Affiliate Marketing work and, more importantly, how do you earn money from it!

In essence, you act as a traffic broker and CPA networks take the role of the middlemen. For the leads you make, you earn a commission from that specific company. One doesn't have to sell anything or the consumers don't have to buy something for one to make money. You have to merely convince the website visitors to click on your ad and act as the advertiser would like them to do, such as signing up for a free trial or make an email subscription. It is always easier to get a prospective customer to offer information or visit the website of a company (especially when there's a free sample or product that goes with it) than buy something. This makes it a lot easier to make a conversion with CPA marketing. One downside to it though is that CPA marketing can be highly competitive.

Diversifying your online income also consists of creating other sites. At present, I have quite a few websites that I build earnings from. Almost 4 months back, Google banned one of my websites from their search engine! This is not an unusual occurrence amongst Online Marketers. It seems that my site had numerous outgoing links to sponsor ads and they regard it a "link farm". But that site at the time was raking in roughly $1000 per month. Imagine what could have happened if I didn't have my other websites to pick up the slack?

Having them on different servers is another way of increasing your online earnings. Hosting is dirt cheap these days. Let's say you throw one or two of them up on a $5.99 a month server and pay for a year's worth of hosting, you're doing the right thing. Not only does it have search engine benefits, but if one of your servers should go down, not all of your websites are down at once.

Just remember to always look for new streams of income for striving to see more ways of getting money online is worth it in the end.
